Verified Renter We love our home! Its quiet, Maintenance is very prompt, Its all kept quiet and clean. No loud parties. There is plenty of parking. Parking lot was just paved over and restriped.

Verified Renter So far I have enjoyed my stay here. It is the type of place you can live in if you are willing to invest in it. I have been here 7 years and understand that rent control comes only if you stay and certain things you have to do yourself. The best balconies and the largest. I am able to have a small garden and sit outside. I live in the front which seems to be better cared for, but the place like other rentals depends on the tenants.

Verified Renter Very nice office staff. They are wonderful people. The property is older, and in some aspects, it does show. However I am willing to accept a few flaws if it means I get to live in an affordable apartment in the heart of Smyrna, near the Village Green and also near all kinds of shopping.

Verified Renter The Apartments are situated in a very nice part of town, sometimes there will be noise on weekends during late hours but overall pretty quiet. They have amenities such as a pool and washer and dryer. They have a park but unfortunately it is in very bad condition was told they were going to install a new one a year ago when I moved in but have yet to.
Verified Renter There is a bug problem at the complex. It’s been that way since I moved in in 2017. It’s an ok residence and has good schools and close to shopping and expressway.
