Verified Renter I like the apartment, but there are things that need to be fixed or that break easily which can be frustrating. I love the neighborhood and that you can walk places and that there are fun things to do as well as plenty of stores/restaurants.

Rough Around the Edges but with great character. Mitchells park was one of the two places I checked out when relocating back to Atlanta from Florida. The price was right and I was pleasantly surprised at the beauty of the neighborhood. Upon driving in I could see it was an older building but the layout and surrounding landscape made it seem like a quaint location. I also noticed the spacious balconies.
