Verified Renter Pest control is very much needed. Community is quiet. Office management and maintenance are friendly and professional. Amenities are non existent. Laundry room has machine issues and pool never opens.
Verified Renter We love our home! Its quiet, Maintenance is very prompt, Its all kept quiet and clean. No loud parties. There is plenty of parking. Parking lot was just paved over and restriped.

Verified Renter So far I have enjoyed my stay here. It is the type of place you can live in if you are willing to invest in it. I have been here 7 years and understand that rent control comes only if you stay and certain things you have to do yourself. The best balconies and the largest. I am able to have a small garden and sit outside. I live in the front which seems to be better cared for, but the place like other rentals depends on the tenants.
