Terrible luxury apartment. As this building used to be a Hotel before remodeling into an Apartment building, the walls are extremely thin. You can literally hear people having sex from other units while you are sleeping in your unit. Banging on the wall, etc. I was one of the first tenants to live here when the luxury apartment opened up. After I left, they used approx 50% of my security deposit money to pay for repainting of the walls , plaster work for TV that was mounted, and cleaning!
