I honestly don't know where the good reviews are coming from... I currently live here and I can literally hear my neighbors turning on their dishwasher (and they love taking dishes out of it at 4am in the morning). Whenever they open or close their kitchen cabinet it's like a loud bang on the wall. If you have to live here I suggest you stay away from apartments ending in 4 because your bed will be right next to your neighbor's kitchen. Terrible luxury apartment. As this building used to be a Hotel before remodeling into an Apartment building, the walls are extremely thin. You can literally hear people having sex from other units while you are sleeping in your unit. Banging on the wall, etc. I was one of the first tenants to live here when the luxury apartment opened up. After I left, they used approx 50% of my security deposit money to pay for repainting of the walls , plaster work for TV that was mounted, and cleaning!
