From the get go, what a great experience. Susie Pintucci helped me with the viewing of the apartment and then with the application process. Susie answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly. Richard Madrid, the Leasing Director, was just as helpful with the steps to get moved in. What an easy and enjoyable process all the way through.
My experience with the leasing office has been excellent. Susie Pintucci, in particular, has been incredibly helpful and responsive. She made the entire process smooth, from my first inquiry to move-in day, and always took the time to answer every question with patience and clarity. It's rare to find someone so professional, organized, and genuinely caring. I'm very happy with the level of service she provided.
