We had a very smooth and positive experience throughout the entire apartment application process. From the very beginning, everything was explained clearly and handled in a straightforward way, which gave us a lot of confidence and made the process feel much less stressful than we expected. Susie was so wonderful to work with! She replied to every email within minutes and helped guide me through the leasing process. She made a very difficult process seamlessly! Couldn't recommend enough.
If I could give Robert Madrid 10 stars I would. He made the application process easy and seamless. Robert is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient and responsive (even immediately responding to e-mails after hours). The Marquis is lucky to have him!
