The team at Murray Hill Marquis has been a pleasure to work with. They handled my move with great care and attentiveness. I truly felt like we were the only people in the building at the time. All the doormen and maintenance staff are fantastic and I look forward to my stay here. Also, the apartments are beautiful and the location is fantastic.
Great place to live. Very convenient and central. Happy to call this place home! And we find the doorman and super very helpful and courteous.

Home is wherever I am with you. Murry Hill Marquis is my first apartment. I love everything about here. The people, the culture, the facilities make everything home. My wife and I have been living in this building for 5 years as an original tenant. The staff is amazing and responsive. Now we are moving out due to a growing family. The management service Realty Operations is terrible and knowingly breaking the law by charging us backed electricity bills. They are blaming the error on the vendor and now updated us they will be removing the payments from our security deposit upon moving out. Would not recommend signing a lease with any building this management company runs in New York.
Moving to the Murray Hill Marquis was very exciting, little did I know what was going to happen. Once I moved I didn't get an electric bill for 2 months. I reached out to the super on premise. He gave me two names to contact and he also wrote any email and cc'd me asking to contact me. After not hearing from anyone, I called and left massages and wrote emails but NO ONE got back to me. First, the doormen and handymen are the most wonderful and friendly people I have met. The actual building is very clean and kept up well. However, leasing and management for this apartment is the worst I have dealt with in the entire city. They have been extremely rude, ignore emails and calls, I have been screamed at for miscommunication over paperwork. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in the adjacent units. I even put up soundproofing foam on my walls from Amazon which helps muffle the adjacent tenants, but it is still the number one issue I have with my apartment here. There is a "public/private park" between the building and the church where homeless people congregate/live/do drugs at night. The amenities are also all located in the basement (no windows). I honestly don't know where the good reviews are coming from... I currently live here and I can literally hear my neighbors turning on their dishwasher (and they love taking dishes out of it at 4am in the morning). Whenever they open or close their kitchen cabinet it's like a loud bang on the wall. If you have to live here I suggest you stay away from apartments ending in 4 because your bed will be right next to your neighbor's kitchen.
