I had the most seamless experience with the leasing department. The concierge staff were so gracious to help me with a self-guided tour of the available apartments. After which I got in touch with Susie from the leasing department. In just one business day, I got approved and was able to sign the lease!
I just moved into the building and the leasing staff have been amazing. Susie was really helpful in getting me settled in. The doormen are also fantastic and friendly.
Been living here about 2.5 years and can only say good things. Love the amenities, especially the gym. Most of all the staff - specifically Charles, Solomon and Carlos. They're all so helpful, courteous and genuinely good people. They are what makes this place feel like home.
We love living at Murray Hill Marquis! We have lived here for almost four years and have been extremely happy with our experience. In addition to the great location and beautiful views, a major part of this positive experience is due to the amazing staff. Doormen Carlos, Solomon and Charles are incredibly professional and always greet us by name with a warm smile and hello. We also appreciate how helpful and responsive Phil and Rene are whenever we have maintenance requests. Could not recommend this building highly enough!
I have been living here for 2 years I gotta say Solomon, Carlos, and Charles are the best. They are always nice and truly make you feel home. If you're looking for a great building with amazing concierges, don't look further.
The management, staff, and facilities really make this place feel like home. Solomon always takes care of us and keeps an eye out from the big things to the little things. Charlie is always around for help if need and the maintenance guys always are so fast help like Carlos and the team. Not to mention it's always so clean throughout the building from the halls to trash. Really fortunate to have found a great place to live. Can't say enough nice things about the entire staff at Murray Hill Marquis, including the superintendent, the doormen and maintenance. Carlos and Solomon are as good as they come. Not only did I feel safe and taken care of but they truly care about the residents. Thank you MHM for making my time in NYC so special!
I have no complaints regarding to life in the Murray Hill Marquis. Carlos, Solomon, and the rest of the staff have got you covered no matter the situation. Since moving in, I have had an amazing time getting to know the doormen, taking full advantage of the in house gym, and exploring the surrounding neighborhood. It is in a prime location, surrounded by some of the best food New York City has to offer. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in Manhattan.
