Susie was so wonderful to work with! She replied to every email within minutes and helped guide me through the leasing process. She made a very difficult process seamlessly! Couldn't recommend enough.
Robert was excellent to work with through ou my moving process. He was very informative and quick to respond to any questions we had.

Just signed a lease for Marquis Apartments in NYC. Had to navigate through multiple websites to submit information, and it was confusing, The leasing agent, Susie Pintucci, was very helpful and patient. Looking forward to living there.
I had the most seamless experience with the leasing department. The concierge staff were so gracious to help me with a self-guided tour of the available apartments. After which I got in touch with Susie from the leasing department. In just one business day, I got approved and was able to sign the lease!
I just moved into the building and the leasing staff have been amazing. Susie was really helpful in getting me settled in. The doormen are also fantastic and friendly.
Been living here about 2.5 years and can only say good things. Love the amenities, especially the gym. Most of all the staff - specifically Charles, Solomon and Carlos. They're all so helpful, courteous and genuinely good people. They are what makes this place feel like home.
Charlie is an excellent doorman! He is extremely attentive and always willing to help. Its comforting to know he helps to keep us safe. It's always nice to see his smiling face:)
