Verified Renter Great ammenadies and maintenance team working here. Unfortunately their rent is outrages which wasn't a problem when I had a high paying job before the pandemic. But Im sure you can guess what happened next.

Awful apartment Not even 1 month in we have issues with our upstairs neighbor. I suggest everyone to not rent from here especially Greystar. Upstairs neighbor always stomping around at all times of the day and not only that the entire ceiling would creak so you they could be walking in the kitchen and you'd here creaking all the way in the living room. I implore you to stay away I have never ever written an apartment review before, but this apartment has prompted me to whip my computer out on a Sunday and write them a review. Please, take my well-rooted advice and stay away from these people. Save yourself the distress. To be honest, I would give a zero star review if I could.
