Verified Renter At Elan they make the living experience personable. With the new updates that are consistently happening it really does feel like a modern, cozy home. Ive been here 2.5 years and its literally the first place Ive ever renewed my lease at in the 4 years Ive been in Dallas. Location is great. Staff is amazing. Facility is modern and trendy. You cant go wrong with choosing this as your new home. Im sure glad I did!

Verified Renter I enjoy living here. Location is best selling point right at 635 and DNT. This was also a place that had floorplans I liked, unlike tons of other complexes around here with unappetizing cookie cutter floorplans.

Great Place To Live I just renewed to stay another year here. The office personnel are right on top of things. Anytime I have had a request they have delivered above and beyond. The folks that live at the complex are very considerate of their neighbors. Very comfortable and easy access to many locations in Dallas, Plano area. The sitting area inside and out is special. Suburban meets city life Élan city centre are these amazing mid rise apartments in Addison that are surrunded by buildings making you feel like you're in the city without the traffic or noise. With belt line a few blocks away and 635 right around the corner you don't have to go anywhere far for every day neccessatities or to do something fun...hard wood floors granite countertops give it that modern feel for a price you Can afford.
