If you are searching for an apartment and want a clean environment with impeccable service from move in, to maintenance, please consider Layers. The monthly rent rates are far better than the local competition and the room layout and cleanliness are superb. Don't miss an opportunity for a tour! Ask for Brittany. She is wonderful.

Verified Renter Elan City Centre is the perfect place to come home to each day! A central location in DFW, a quiet community I find to be safe and surrounded by kind and helpful leasing staff. The units are nice and so is the community in general!
Verified Renter I have really enjoyed my stay at Elan City Centre so far, especially the coffee bar and lounge area. Its across the Galleria Mall which is really convenient and makes going out super easy and quick.
