Suburban meets city life Élan city centre are these amazing mid rise apartments in Addison that are surrunded by buildings making you feel like you're in the city without the traffic or noise. With belt line a few blocks away and 635 right around the corner you don't have to go anywhere far for every day neccessatities or to do something fun...hard wood floors granite countertops give it that modern feel for a price you Can afford.
Awesome Location, Great staff!! I've been here for almost a year, the staff is very helpful and always in a great mood. The amenities are pretty great awesome pool. The down side is there is little parking and it is such a long walk to get anywhere. Also this is one of the few complexes in the area without an area for dogs. Everything else was great though.
Nice Apartment! I like living at Elan! The pool, apartment finishes, gym, theater are all great! The gym even has an on site trainer M-W for FREE! I love all that. The only down fall is the parking if you live in the apartment building closer to the Sheraton. The parking garage is convenient for those who live in the main building. I lived in the detached building so it gets annoying when the parking in front is full and I have to walk from the garage. The maintenance guys are pretty quick at responding to any request. Ehh It looks like an uptown apt but the clientele is not the same and the staff changes all the time
I don't recommend it This apartment complex is not a safe place anymore. My 2019 cadillac escalade suv platinum was stolen last Friday at 11pm inside covered parking garage. I have been living in this apartment for 3 years and will not be renewing my lease with them. This is not the only theft activity that have happened in this area, unfortunately it’s happening more often.So, be careful and check on your car from time to time also management was handling this situation very poorly and didn't post anything about this incide... read more
Look Elsewhere The only good thing about this apartment is the location. Management doesn’t answer emails or phone calls, and the maintenance crew is a headache. We’ve had an ongoing leak/crack in our ceiling, and we’ve put in 3+ requests to have it looked at and fixed, and every time a worker comes out they say there is no leak … but since September the crack has tripled in size and there’s a huge water stain. They also always say “we’ll send someone out to paint over it” … which won’t fix the problem … and no one has ever ... read more
Save yourself a headache The apartments are beautiful and at a good rate. But the walls are VERY thin, you can definitely hear your neighbors. Also the hallways need attention. The office staff are nice but they never answer the phone. If you need assistance or need any help you have to walk into the office. There are 0 cameras outside the buildings so lock your doors and park in a safe area.
Verified Renter The apartments and leasing building are beautiful but the staff is inattentive. Questions are only answered in person. Emails, phone calls, and online portals go unacknowledged.
Verified Renter Great ammenadies and maintenance team working here. Unfortunately their rent is outrages which wasn't a problem when I had a high paying job before the pandemic. But Im sure you can guess what happened next.
