I am in my third year here. Complex is tidy clean and pleasant to live at. Mainteneance issues are dealt with quickly. Landscape is kept up.
Stormi was very good about explaining things and being sure I saw everything!!!
When applying out of state super easy and when I had question answered it right away
As per usual a maintenance request was addressed promptly and efficiently. Staff are super friendly anhd helpful.
I had a refrigerator malfunction on Sunday afternoon and after reporting the problem, the maintenance team at Island palms apartments within an hour, was able to troubleshoot the problem and get it fixed immediately.

I love it there, the manager and assistant manager are very good at what they do, I appreciate them and maintenance crew are Awesome .. The office always let you know what is happening in a small piece of the community. Just Awesome
