I am in my third year here. Complex is tidy clean and pleasant to live at. Mainteneance issues are dealt with quickly. Landscape is kept up.

I had a refrigerator malfunction on Sunday afternoon and after reporting the problem, the maintenance team at Island palms apartments within an hour, was able to troubleshoot the problem and get it fixed immediately.
