The worst part about this place is their early termination fee. I got a job out of town (unexpectedly) and was forced to pay the month and a half fee to terminate early even though they will have someone in my apartment the next week. I also had to give back $200 that I was discounted on my first month's rent. Just more money in their pocket. Almost $1300. Maintenance is wonderful, though.

Reviews written by staff. I worked there for a couple of days. I know... If they spent as much time with residents as they do trashing other people, what a great place Huntington Downs could be. It's a shame really. It could be a nice place to work and live.

Where do i start i was moving from out of town and the last tenants did not pay their electric bill so i could not turn mine on the office called and i was told they would leave spare keys under the furnished apartments mat, to my surprise after 16 hours of driving and late at night the keys did not work in the door i had to sleep in a cold dark apartment on the floor with no heat or lights i...

Old appliances, bad wiring, no light because no windows, mold, bad smells, trash everywhere, slow drains, half the place is sitting empty. and looks like management uses this blog to vent with each other. pools are always closed for some reason. rent jumped up to boot. charter cables laying on the ground around different buildings. july and there are still trees everywhere from the ice storm....

We have lived here for a couple of years in a townhome. The 2nd floor is always hot, only 1 fan in master bedroom. Parking a nightmare!!!! People with 2 and 3 cars parking out front. Snow removal a joke. The only way you get a new appliance is if it the old one breaks. Office personal not that friendly. We will leave at end of lease next year to buy a home. Better look around, there are lots of...

These are dark apartments with hardly any windows. The outside of bldgs look like mildew color. They look old on the inside and in great need of updates. Good Luck with that after you move in. Consider yourself warned. The new management company doesn't take the pride as old management company. That's very evident.

Huntington has very old Appliances and if you open any of them it smells like anything. we tried to use Dish Washer and it smelled like a dead fish. We complained and they came and washed. But its of no use, smells the same, so we stopped using it. and the same case with Fridge.
