Roaches, mold, no windows, dark apts, office staff refuses to help you or to upgrade.
Since Sealy took over the place has gone down hill. They have a sink hole thats been opened for 8 months the pond has been drained. When ask when they were going to fix they could not say but our home office knows about it. The other owners fix everything quickly not Sealy.
We lived at this nasty place for 2 months and the ceiling fell through with green and black mold growing everywhere above the ceiling, these pathetic people put my family at risk covering this up and renting to us. They dont care about the people they rent to just taking your cash, they still havent't settled with us, just want to cover us up like they did the MOLD!!!! PLEASE BEWARE OF...
Huntington Downs use to be a good place to live until the management changed. The new staff does not care about the property over all look or who they lease to. There are old vehicles around with flat tires, no tags. There are a lot of trashy people who now live in the community. Trash on the patios, or household goods on the patios. It is a shame that this pretty community is getting run down.
Moldy disgusting apartments, management unwilling to help with any problems, don't move into these nasty run down caves or risk getting sick. I found tons of black, green mold in my bedroom ceiling, after feeling sick. Management refused to compensate me for this expensive move and didn't care if my family or myself got sick. Warning stay away or risk your health
I did not feel safe and constantly found coach roaches roaming around the outside and found dead ones under my stove. I must say I did not renew my lease and moved far from that dump..
If you are looking to move and love pets you don't have to look anymore! The best part about this is you don't have to pay a pet fee! They even will provide you with the pet.......ROACHES! Don't make the same mistake we did.
I'm living here for more than 4 years now. This week I'll move out and that will be one of my best days !
DO NOT RENT HERE This complex is awful, the management is horrible and the poorest excuse i have ever seen. Don't rent there if you are black take it for what it's worth but you will regret it. They care about the money if you were a certain type of person that you can pretty much do whatever the heck you want and forget about anyone else. There are better apartments in greenville.
