I think the Office staff is wonderful they are always helpful espically that Kristen and the blond girl in hte front
I think this is a good place to live. Yes, there are somethings about the community that could be "up-dated" but unless you want to live in an apartment complex that you cant really afford, then we just appreciate what we got. The rates are reasonable. The new people in the office seem to care about the residents and the complex. Thanks for fixing the fountain int he pond
I lived at this nasty place for a month to discover mold growing within the walls. Areas had been patched over to cover the problem. They should fine this place and shut them down, not to mention the pet crap everywhere, the smell is disgusting around the complex.
It takes a long time to get to and from my apartment. Roper Mountain Road is so congested and the road work has been going on for awhile. When you try to exit it takes forever.
The smells at this place are horrible, especially in the summer, they let pet crap anywhere because they (Management) does not have to live there and smell it. There really has to be something wrong with the musty ordor that refuses to go away inside the unit I rented. I believe now this place is in need of health inspection....
This problem is about snow and ice, and we have approached the office and we have been told that they do not have the resources for keeping the sidewalks and the stairs safe for there tenents! Where is all the money we pay in rent going. If they can not spare the men, then I find it hard to beleive that they can not pay an outside company to come in with a snow plow to at least clean the...
The look and feel to the apartments were great. But the staff is SUB-PAR! There is trash all over the grounds. The so called tennis courts are so cracked that they should be torn down. They make efforts and fixing things but put emphisis in the wrong places :(
I have lived here for going on 4 years now and I'm ready to leave. There have always been problems with the staff in the office... mostly the Asst. Manager's.
Beware, there is a registered sex offender in Building 6. I don't the exact address. Watch your kids closely!
