Great Place To Stay I stayed here for 4 years and loved it. It's really quite , great Location , Near Woodruff, Haywood and Laurens Rd , Quick Access to Highway, Maintence is the best, Most of the staff or friend and remember you by name.
Best time to get apartment is during the winter season, starting in december.
Very Safe Close to everything under the sun Quiet Clean Maintenance staff - very good Air Conditioning can freeze you it works so well Nice wildlife
My company rented an apartment with Huntington Downs for a year. I found the complex to be very enjoyable with a very friendly staff and "on the ball" maintenace. I relocate alot & someone else from my company surely lives there now in my place & I'm sure they will find the utmost concern, care & professionalism in Huntington Downs that I received.
This community is good and I am satisfied.

I have lived at Huntinton Downs since August 2001. I am very happy with my apartment. Plus the staff is very friendly and always eager to help. They have the best resident parties. I enjoy the opportunity to meet my neighbors, who by the way are very friendly. It's a great choice single, married, or with children.
I have lived here for a little over 1 year and have had no problems. The staff is always friendly & the landscaping is beautiful. There is a lake on the property that you can even fish in. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice quite place to live.
