Due to COVID we are experiencing hard times like most people. Broadstone is not doing anything to help or provide solutions for each person's individual situation. Everyone's situation is going to look different and I believe it should be handled case by case. All I wanted was a solution for our situation and they are trying to get us to pay them 5,500 dollars to leave our lease and keep in mind our lease expires on August 18th. Don't let the amenities and planted reviews fool you - you DO NOT want to live here! From the garages constantly having break ins to the the gates and doors never working, you'll also have to deal with smoke-filled and stinking of pot hallways that are constantly filled with garbage and pet feces. Oh, and the apartment staff won't care because "they've been informed by management" not to and they change out the front desk people at least every three weeks. Seriously, live anywhere else. Garage doors are always broken, garage is constantly having break ins. In my time of living there from 8/2017 to 8/2019 several motorcycles were stolen, several cars were on blocks because of stolen wheels, 30 cars broken into including ours all at different times. We lived on 4th floor and saw the carpet cleaned once and it always had an old smell to it. This place sucks. The gates are always broken. There isn’t enough parking for residents so people park on every other floor than the one they live on. Peoples cars are always getting broken into. I came home to my car on blocks and all of my wheels stolen in broad daylight. They didn’t help at all in providing video footage. The property doesn’t have cameras anywhere. Way too much traffic. You will never be able to exit the complex with all the traffic on Preston. What a nightmare
