I've lived here for about a month and a half now, and I love it! The staff is so friendly and helpful. I never have an issue with parking or traffic. And the amenities are amazing! I feel like I live at a resort!
I Super Like it. I love Swimming at your New Swimming pool. What a very beautiful Apartment like a Hotel.
I love this property except the fact that some of facilities, including pools are still on construction, however, I chose this property because of this apartment amenity as long as floor plan. On top of that, Jason was extremely nice and went beyond my expectations. He also came out on Sunday morning where the office hour on Sunday starts from 1pm and didnt say a word to complain but welcoming me. Broadstone Evoke is a great property! The assistant manager Ashley and manager Mayra are amazing, very helpful and accommodating. The apartments are beautiful. I love the high end touches such as the quartz counters and the vinyl plank flooring. The community is easily accessible no matter what time of day and I love that I always have a spot to park in the parking garage.
