The front desk staff is super polite, helpful, and amazing. We haven't had an issue with maintenance. The amenities are incredible! I love how the pool vibe focuses on relaxing rather than "party" like most of the uptown places. I love the style of the place, and locationwise, the proximity is awesome! I really enjoy living here, but I only gave it four stars instead of five because of this reason: they tell you there is a courtesy officer you can call who handles any noise complaints. This place is not only beautiful and luxurious but the staff is super helpful and amazing! Caprice is nothing but accommodating and super friendly. My brother and I both moved into our apartments on 4/19 and any issues that we had have already been addressed and fixed - we are so excited. Prior to moving in we literally looked at 20+ apartments and then walked into Evoke, which was unplanned and not on our list to tour, and fell in love immediately. Great experience, I will start that I visited around 20 new properties before making our decision, since the first moment that we step in Nicole and broadstone evoke gave us a feeling that this is our home, Nicole was the reason that we and another 2 apartments moved here,she was the ice breaker for us to come and live here, we are here for 2 weeks already and we are living in 5 star hotel!!!, the pool is the best in all Dallas area, the club room is so lit! Beyond beautiful apartments with great amenities, but that’s not what makes it so amazing. It’s the staff. If you get a chance to go on tour, make sure you see Caprice. She is extremely kind and knowledgeable, will also go out of her way to look out for you! Definitely worth looking into if you’re serious about moving!!!
