My husband and I lived here after we sold our home and were planning our next phase in life. At first, it was nice but not for long. You are better off living at a Motel 6. Ownership changed several times. Office staff turnover is almost weekly and they do not care about anything and also act inconvenienced by tenants asking for help. Calls/emails to corporate also go unacknowledged. Tenants with pets allow their dogs to use the bathroom all around the complex except for the grassy areas outside. I am beyond disappointed in the decline of this once luxury apartment complex. Over the length of time I have lived here I have paid over $34k in rent. The rent here is not cheap, but at the time, it was well worth it due to the amenities and the convenience of having so many wonderful places near by. I am a person who is not easily angered, but I have had it. Over the past week my fiancé and I have had 2 packages “lost”.
