Verified Renter Well it has been a rollercoaster. The manager of property has done everything I've asked for mostly. I know she has a stressful job so I try to respect that. I hope t sign another lease. I just hope the rent does not increase because it stands at a very high cost.

The maintenance here is very good. They follow up quickly and get what you need done quickly. Management is very good. They actually take care of you. I do like living here. Verified Renter It's a nice neighborhood. Clean and for the most part quiet. The office staff is very helpful and maintenance is always prompt. I would definitely recommend renting here.
Satisfied tenant I've been living here close to five yrs. The area is pretty quiet and the prices are reasonable for a large family or small.Its close to the shopping/food area walking distance public transportation right outside of the complex. The staff inside the office,grounds keepers and maintenance men are all working to make this a place you can call home. If you are looking for somewhere to live this is your place..
Good Moved in near the end of April. The staff was accommodating and worked to get me into the complex, holding an apartment as I relocated to LR. Six months in, I'm not having issues in any substantial manner. I know of crime in the area but I haven't witnessed any nor been a victim; definitely need to lock your door and vehicle, but that applies anywhere you go. good i was scared to move into concord chase after reading all the reviews but it was the only place that had a 4 bedroom open and my family needed a new home. I've lived here for just over a year, and i havent had any issues with bugs or mice or anything like that. My neighbors are like family, and the staff are genuinely good people. past maintenance issues were fixed when they hired a better staff. concord chase concord chase is a great community, I like living there because its very convenient for my family. We have everything basically within our reach.
Verified Renter The apartments are ok but can use a lot of remodeling and upgrading within the inside, the insulation can be way better due to the fact of these cold days and it feels like a freezer inside my apartment with all the air seeking in.
Worst apartment I've ever rented. I want to start by noting that the claims of having a pool and fitness center are dishonest. They have a room with two stationary bikes and a treadmill, but residents aren't allowed in. They have a hole in the ground that could hold enough water to swim in, but they never filled it with water. So it's not a pool, it's just a hole filled with stagnant rain water.
