Verified Renter The apartment is quite spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. I also like its location and its community, very silent and quiet, perfect for resting.
Verified Renter I like the community and the location. It's quiet at night. Cabinets and appliances need to be replaced. Roaches are also a problem. Maintenance responds promptly to calls.

Verified Renter When I first moved here I started loving it and then when I moved into a bigger unit I loved it even more. The staff is so sweet also and makes sure things get done when you put in the request so im glad to be a concord chase member.
Verified Renter We have been staying here for almost 2 years now and everything has been phenomenal. We are pretty blessed to be able to raise our family here. Any maintenence problem is usually taken care of rather quickly, it's pretty amazing.
