Verified Renter Pests are going to be anywhere in Georgia . I still have not appreciated dealing with them. Multi-family living is louder than a single family home. However, some months have been egregious with loud music starting at 11pm and going until 2am consistently for weeks. Sometimes it’s even the same song on repeat. I still can’t listen to Beyoncé‘s Halo. The daily honking when 3 different people arrive to pick someone up is maddening. Maybe I just don’t have the most considerate neighbors. Verified Renter When i first tried to get the apartment it was super easy to get in and everyone in the office are so nice! Ive been here 2 years now its quiet and all the residents are really nice and keep to themselves. If you want to take a walk its very close to stores and trails.

Verified Renter 4 months here and everything has been smooth for the most part. Only real complaints I could give is the loud music and the hot water. Otherwise I’m quite comfortable.
