Maintenence always nice and never creepy to where my family is uncomfortable. Sadly the water being shut on and off randomly throughout the weekend is very frustrating

Verified Renter So far, we're loving it at Concord Chase. We moved from a lousy, noisy two-bedroom apartment to a spacious four-bedroom place for the same price. We were a little scared after reading the other reviews, but we're glad we decided to see for ourselves. The renting process was longer than we'd hoped, but that was because the management of our previous residence was being rude to Concord Chase. My husband and kids love it here, and I'm so glad we made the move.
Verified Renter Love this place, especially now with the new property upgrades. And the wonderful office staff. If you put in a maintenance request they come fast and get the job done. No complaints here.
