Rude, irresponsible and unorganized staff Maintenance requests are either closed without action or delayed for months together. Staff is rude when we complain. Management is least bothered.No prior notice is given for water cuts or any maintenance and staff just provides casual excuses. I extended my lease online and confirmed that all documents are provided personally as well at leasing office. A month later again they send notice that the lease is not extended. Verified Renter Office staff and maintenance workers that they have are cordial and considerate but the owners of this complex need to invest more money in maintenance workers to get work orders done in a more timely manner. Not enough help for as large has the apartment complex and townhouse is.

Verified Renter I thought this was going to be the perfect community, I was very wrong. Its a beautiful complex, but thats it. There is no parking spots available ever, and having a reserved spot and a garage isnt allowed. 2 days after we moved in, someone broke into my roommates car and the office didnt seem to care. A couple days ago, someone tried to break into our apartment, again the office was less than sympathetic and didnt do anything. As a woman, I dont feel safe here now. RATS! STAY AWAY! I regret moving here SO MUCH. Old cheap appliances, maintenance that never show up when requested and take weeks to resolve an issue. From plumbing issues, to ants, cockroaches, and now RATS! It seems the property managers do nothing to keep the living conditions sanitary.

Verified Renter Just be sure that the apt. model you are shown when you visit the complex is the model you agreed to lease. This company appear to be dishonest when you are shown a model apt. and the actual one you move into.

Didn’t help out Nick didn’t try to put any effort in help to rent a unit. Was nice but wasn’t helpful. Apartment grounds looked trashy, grass was dead, pine needles, and leaves all over the place. Dumpy looking!
