Getting Better Great Location on the golf course with easy access to hiking trails on South Mountain. As a long-time resident I've seen several management changes over the years and to be honest, the overall quality of the property go downhill. But since Lisa took over as on-site community manager, I've noticed a lot of improvements, both big and small. The main pool (one of 4) is being totally renovated and I'm told more improvements, like lighting and painting are scheduled. Things are definitely getting better.
The propperty has come a long way. I'm proud to live here staff, new management team, vast improvements, and efforts to improve maintenance and response when needed, upgrades in the poolside and apartments, grounds manicured. apartments presentation overall. new staff new attitude

Verified Renter For the most part all my service request have been met. Had a few concerns before I renewed my lease that I spoke to someone in the office about which 5 months later have not been met. Didnt even bother putting the request in again. But other than that pretty okay community.
