Trashy apts. The grounds are trashy these kids set fires to playground. Not ideal for anyone

Poorly I am disabled I'm visually impaired and I have a child with autism and I live on the third floor in my building and I've expressed this several times that I falling down the steps in my building and there's nothing they've done about it. When my first year was up on my lease I was told that I can move to the first floor level of my building when a unit became available without renewing anything.
