It was 3 days before I heard a response for may inquirery
I've been here since 2017 and you have never made any improvements and raise the rent last year you raise the $50 but no improvements have been made my dishwasher almost fell out of the wall and they just put it back in never replace it it's so old the carpet when I first moved here they said they was going to replace it but it's never been replaced the roaches are horrible here but you keep raising the rent
No competent technician/handyman to respond to weekend emergency maintenance requests !! Quite disappointed

The dishwasher has been worked on 4 times and still don't work. Doesn't dry the dishes, water on the floor. BAD BUG PROBLEM. Just was informed about my fireplace and the information I received from Canyon maintenance creates a FIRE HAZARD. Not good at ALL
Bathtub been peeling and leaking from the bathroom ceiling since I moved in and mice are very bad
I am visually impaired I've been living here for 3 years and I've been promised a first floor unit within the first year that I've been here and they have refused to move me and I have fallen down the stairs several times due to there not being enough lighting and I've told the complex that and they haven't done anything about it and as of now I am currently seven months pregnant with my second child and I'm still living on the third floor and my first born child is three with autism and it's very difficult trying to maneuve... read more
The worst apartments to leave at! The apartment themselves have so much potential but management want do what need to be done! They are mold and roaches infested! I wouldn't recommend nobody to live here
They haven’t fixed nothing everything is old and outdated the outside siding have fallen off and they want fix it and it keeps hitting up against my window, they have no pool no basketball court , the playground is horrible it’s terrible out here but they keep raising the rent
