safe it was a beautiful place and it still is .,except for some of the tenents who don't care where they live . need better screening or raise the age up

Appreciation Canyon Creek has been around for many years. I know this is an older establishment, however the current staff and upper management have been dedicated on assuring that residents concerns/issues are acknowledged and resolved to the best of their ability. I continue to see repairs,updates and promise. Some folks expect magic. I just expect courtesy and that’s what they provide.
