What I like: well insulated, walls, so I don't have to hear my neighbors. Security is available at night who will even assist if you have a flat tire or need a jump. With the Resident app I can pay my rent & submit maintenance requests, which are taken care of in a timely fashion. Needed improvements: In summer, the pool is rarely open. The basketball/tennis courts are unusable & look tacky. Restoring these would make the complex more attractive, as well as give young people an alternative to vandalism.
