Person who cares about community of living The Apartments are very nice people who live in them can't say that they respect where they live if people cared about there living we would have very nice community been here 6 years don't like the way people live always having bad reviews it's not the apartment it's the way people live in the apartment

Lovely place to be I have been here for four months and I must say this is best apartment I have ever lived in.
Not noise from neighbors Because of the area and nearness of major highways, ambulance and police sirens can be heard frequently at night. Kitchens need updated, not anything fancy, just cabinets that haven't been painted over a thousand times and a counter that isn't slowly falling apart from the bottom up. Also some bathroom upgrades would be nice but that isn't so bad. Overall, it isn't an unpleasant place to live. My neighbors are rarely heard, and maintenance is fairly quick to get issues fixed. Best kept secret This is the best kept secret in South K.C. MO. This is an excellent place to live. Most of us work full time and when we go home we don’t want any nonsense to be going on. It’s safe. It’s clean. Rent is reasonable and maintenance is always visible. I moved from the Kings apartments which charges u every opportunity they get. I paid for a fitness room which wa never working for a whole year. The swimming pools were rarely opened and there was dog feces throughout the property. When I moved out, I was charged ... read more
Best Value In Dec. 2017 I found out that my rent would be increasing by $55/mo. I began searching for other options, but my search revealed that I should remain where I am (I'm sometimes too frugal). I'd like to thank the maintenance, grounds, and leasing departments. I used to clean my building grounds and pick up paper (etc.) nearby. The last 4-5 years, I've not had to do the cleaning. I might add that I'm a 71 year old resident here. I plan on leaving this Earth from this address (God willing). God bless!!
