Maintenance is slow to respond
I like it here - I feel safe & it's pretty quiet. But there's room for improvement in making this complex seem more like a community. To this end, bringing back the newsletter could help - maybe highlighting various residents each issue.. And, fix the basketball court - I saw some kids the other day trying to use it.When residents feel a sense of belonging, they are less likely to dump trash - less likely to put a tire in the recycling bin (I've seen that twice). It was not all that great my place was flooded for 4 days went to office manager was really rude was trying to talk with her but she just over talked me and didn't want to hear anything I had to say I pay my rent on time always but the crew tried to fix problem but didn't work should've hired professional before all the flooding shouldn't have took 4 days couldn't stay at home I think my next month rent should be prorated I feel I need some kind of discount for my inconvenience would be greatly appreciated
The process took a while and wasn't told everything. Like the Referral bonus, where the mailbox is, bug problem when I moved in, dishwasher problem, wasn't told what is electric and gas. Is the fireplace gas?? How does it work?

The rent is affordable and the apartment is in decent condition, but old appliances. Any type of maintenance work gets done right away if you put in a request. I do have to say don’t leave valuables in your car there is sometime break-in other than that I feel that it’s an okay area to live in. The police stations isn’t far away and they patrol regularly and kids feel comfortable playing outside and at the playground. They also offer discount to college students if your full-time. Highly recommend check this place out!
I call three times for someone to fix my windows. Still waiting for someone to come
