Apartment Review By far, the nicest place I have stayed at. The Maintenance Staff is extremely prompt and helpful and the Office Staff couldn't be nicer. Amenities are excellent and the location is convenient. Love this place!!
Noisey Neighbor My neighbor in 4305 sound like she is coming through the floor. Loud!!!!
NOT Luxury Apartment Living Poorly constructed buildings with respect to noise level between ceiling/floor (walls are fine). Several items are broken and/or not working properly (outdoor speakers by the pool, gas fireplace in the clubhouse, BBQ grills by the clubhouse). The fireplace has been not working for over a year, the BBQ grills are 'hit or miss' (usually a miss), and the pool speakers have been broken for just about the entire summer. Good location, staff is friendly, maintenance staff is excellent.
I am concerned My husband and I really enjoy living here and love our apartment! We have been here almost 3 years! The only complaint we have is because we chose to live on the 2nd floor, in an end apt., we are subject to a lot of noise on the steps, and a very noisy, inconsiderate, heavy footed man above us, who refuses to put down carpets/heavy padding to muffle the noise he makes! And at 11:00 PM he decides to get busy moving and dropping whatever in his bedroom when we’re trying to sleep! So if you want to live here get ... read more
Overpriced Living Overpriced. Rent has gone up tremendously since I have moved in.
Noisy Zero insulation between floors. Surely a violation of building and environmental codes.
