Wonderful Place to Live My husband and I have lived here for almost five years, The property is beautiful and has everything you would want ... gorgeous swimming pool, workout room, dog park, our unit has private parking spot, mailroom and really close to everything ... I love the location! The staff here is very helpful and caring. We are very happy here.
Great experiences over the past 5 years! The location is great! The staff works very hard to serve the community. Maintenance is very attentive and service oriented. Grounds are very nice. Clubhouse is a great gathering space.
Very Nice Community We've been here for a year now and really like it here! The surroundings are amiable and quiet! It's a convenient place for restaurants and shopping areas too. We had looked at several places and returned here like three times before we made the decision; which made it a really easy decision for us to decide to move here.
Love living here!! I moved in 4 months ago and have loved every second living in this apartment complex! I've never had an issue with parking whether for me or any guests. Not only is the clubhouse designed to make you feel at home with the beautiful interior design, but it also has clean and enjoyable amenities like a fully equipped gym and outdoor grills and pool. Pleased with property but pricey Been here fogging on five years and would think there should be some consideration in my renewal rate beyond what is reflected in my rate versus a brand new tenant.
Modern, Clean, Convenient We have lived here since September, 2019. We moved here because we down sized, sold our home and wanted a new construction apartment. We are very pleased with the size of our corner unit. Maintenance is very quick to respond to any request. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. They are quick to respond and continue to try to accommodate any request. We are on the 4th floor so do not experience any complaints of residents walking too heavy above us.
