Living is easy! I lived in 12 different places during a period of 12 years and simply could not find a place to call home. And then I discovered Barclay Chase which has been my home for the past 5+ years. Now that I have been here for quite a long time, I cannot imagine living anywhere else. Best in town A wonderful place to live. All staff is amazing and super friendly. Everyone here is super attentive and resolves any issues at lightning speed especially when it comes to maintenance. Apartment units are beautifully designed and highly functional. Conveniently located to all major highways and shopping centers but still has that quiet remote feel. A very safe place to live. Apaartment 1107 I have lived here for more than 5 years and I am very happy with the accommodations. The Management Staff has been a pleasure to deal with and the Maintenance Staff is very friendly and takes care of any issues promptly. The location is perfect for my situation. Fabulous Home My son and I have had the absolute privilege of living in Barclay Chase Marlton for the past two years. Every day that i wake up, I feel like i have hit the lottery. The apartment is gorgeous! I enjoy the gym and clubhouse several days a week. In the summer months we take full advantage of the pool. It feels and looks like a resort!
