Resident 3412 The staff and maintenance are excellent. They are responsive and extremely helpful. Location is acceptable. Noise is not a problem on the fourth floor except for dogs barking. Residents we have met are very nice. We have a nice parking space underground. However spouse has many medical problems and sometimes require handicap parking which can not always be gotten. We very much love our end unit apartment. Moved here in September, 2019. Going on our 3rd year. Before we moved was assured the rent would not go up ... read more
Nice but VERY noisy Been here for a little over 2 years. Noise level from apartment above is beyond reasonable (they have young kids). Poor construction of the building (floor-ceiling insulation). To be fair, the walls are VERY well insulated for noise (never hear anything from next door neighbors). Prospective renters should look for a top floor unit (if noise from above is an issue for you).
Great experience! It is great living at Barclay Chase at Marlton. The office and maintenance team are very accommodating to requests. The property is very nice along with the apartment design.
Apr very comfortable and property well maintained Lived in apt approx 2 1/2 years. Property well maintained and support staff efficient. Need more lights on entrance Rt 70.
