great place Well maintained - good people - nice staff
Good location clean Great location for shopping. Site is well maintained. Maintenance if needed is prompt. Staff is very helpful when needed. We enjoy living here.
Wonderful Place to Live My husband and I have lived at Barclay Chase for over four years now. We were one of the first residents here. We love it! The staff are always pleasant and listen to our needs and suggestions. They even host special events for residents, probably once a month. It has a work out room, beautiful swimming pool, a lounge that is gorgeous and can be rented for your private gathering. I love the location! It's central to everything. As a retired couple, it has been perfect.
good place, over priced its a decent apartment complex. the structure is built well to dissipate vibrations and noise. However 1 trash location for all buildings is kind of ridiculous, most apartments complexes have at least one dumpster for each building, and there is no place to dispose of bulk items on location.
Barclay Chase Review I'm in my third year living here and love the neighborhood and area. The staff has always been very responsive and professional. My last rent increase was high at 12% and added stress to my experience. I hoping to find a way to stay with my next lease renewal.

Resident 3412 The staff and maintenance are excellent. They are responsive and extremely helpful. Location is acceptable. Noise is not a problem on the fourth floor except for dogs barking. Residents we have met are very nice. We have a nice parking space underground. However spouse has many medical problems and sometimes require handicap parking which can not always be gotten. Nice but VERY noisy Been here for a little over 2 years. Noise level from apartment above is beyond reasonable (they have young kids). Poor construction of the building (floor-ceiling insulation). To be fair, the walls are VERY well insulated for noise (never hear anything from next door neighbors). Prospective renters should look for a top floor unit (if noise from above is an issue for you).
Great experience! It is great living at Barclay Chase at Marlton. The office and maintenance team are very accommodating to requests. The property is very nice along with the apartment design.
