Great Waterford Sq is a great vale and location
gone downhill while I've been here 1. When I moved here 3 years ago, someone came every morning and collected the sticks and branches that had fallen from the many oak trees overnight. Now they liter the sidewalk for - literally - weeks. I have to move them off the sidewalk myself just to walk my dog. 2,. The zoysia grass, that was lush when I got here, was cut too short by a new lawn care team in 2023 - and it all died. Now the lawn is filled with brown patches and weeds. 3. Neighborhood has gone downhill Trash is on the ground everywhere throughout the apartment neighborhood. Drug syringes have been found on the ground in the shopping center back alley. Other drug wrappers can be found on the ground in the neighborhood as well. The apartments themselves are nice enough. However you need a separate window air conditioner for the ones with the second floor as they get crazy hot in the summer and the vents only cool downstairs.
