Waterford square apartments I lived here 6 months and absolutely LOVED the location. Great community to run in, within walking distance to restaurants, a bakery, clothing, everything you really need. Right by the highway, too. Apartments are spacious. I was looking for another place after my 6 months but ended up renewing because there's really nowhere else I could find at this good of a price for a good location!

Great Waterford Sq is a great vale and location
gone downhill while I've been here 1. When I moved here 3 years ago, someone came every morning and collected the sticks and branches that had fallen from the many oak trees overnight. Now they liter the sidewalk for - literally - weeks. I have to move them off the sidewalk myself just to walk my dog. 2,. The zoysia grass, that was lush when I got here, was cut too short by a new lawn care team in 2023 - and it all died. Now the lawn is filled with brown patches and weeds. 3.
