Great Place, Community Me and my family have lived here for the last almost 5 years. Fairly quiet community, and a gret Property managment. Close to alot of areas of huntsville. It is an older community/complex but everything is well kept. Glad to be here and call it home.

No complaints. Quiet, spacious apartments. My building is quiet, parking is close and convenient, maintenance and staff are always helpful, apartments are older but roomy, and I am a five minute walk from shopping centers on Airport Road and Whitesburg Drive. John Hunt Park and other shopping is not further than that, more like a five minute drive. Immediate access to the Parkway makes most of Huntsville conveniently located.
Super Awesome The Staff is awesome they respond right away to any of your problems. They are super awesome. They fix everything and they don’t leave you with the burden of anything!

Happy Resident The staff was amazing, friendly, and professional. The property is dated but the fact that it's older means there is a great amount of space than you would get any place else. Decorate and make your own. Try an upstairs unit if possible, neighbors can be so inconsiderate, this is no fault of the property.
The staff is super awesome here at Waterford square It is an awesome experience living here at Waterford square apartments the Staff are the kindest that I have ever been in contact with!!
