Great place excellent maintenance 5 years at the same complex, have had a great experience
No complaints. Quiet, spacious apartments. My building is quiet, parking is close and convenient, maintenance and staff are always helpful, apartments are older but roomy, and I am a five minute walk from shopping centers on Airport Road and Whitesburg Drive. John Hunt Park and other shopping is not further than that, more like a five minute drive. Immediate access to the Parkway makes most of Huntsville conveniently located.
Super Awesome The Staff is awesome they respond right away to any of your problems. They are super awesome. They fix everything and they don’t leave you with the burden of anything!

Happy Resident The staff was amazing, friendly, and professional. The property is dated but the fact that it's older means there is a great amount of space than you would get any place else. Decorate and make your own. Try an upstairs unit if possible, neighbors can be so inconsiderate, this is no fault of the property.

Roomy apartments. Very convenient location. Except for a few months many years ago, I have lived at Waterford Square for over 21 years. The staff is as good now as it has ever been. Maintenance is very quick and competent. The office staff is friendly and responsive. These apartments are very roomy, and the location just off south Parkway and Airport Road is very convenient.
