Roomy apartments. Very convenient location. Except for a few months many years ago, I have lived at Waterford Square for over 21 years. The staff is as good now as it has ever been. Maintenance is very quick and competent. The office staff is friendly and responsive. These apartments are very roomy, and the location just off south Parkway and Airport Road is very convenient. I am within walking distance of most of the shopping I need to do and because Waterford is right on Memorial Parkway (highway 231) it is easy to get to ... read more

Waterford square apartments I lived here 6 months and absolutely LOVED the location. Great community to run in, within walking distance to restaurants, a bakery, clothing, everything you really need. Right by the highway, too. Apartments are spacious. I was looking for another place after my 6 months but ended up renewing because there's really nowhere else I could find at this good of a price for a good location!
