There is a constant smell of cigarette, cigars, and marijuana in the lobby, people doing and selling drugs on the site. Constant screaming of kids and their parents don’t do anything about. The apartment complex has mold in most the apartments. It got to the point my animals almost died and I was puking from all the smells that I’m highly allergic to and the mold. It has been reported to no avail.
Water could be a lot more hotter

From the dirty hallway carpets to the homeless people who sleep in the hallways to roaches to packages getting stolen to the elevator constantly being down to the SKETCHY people, gunshots nightly, loud fighting outside…PLEASE don’t live here.
The maintenance was never finished properly, they scammed us out of money for 6 months before we noticed. They're rude. Wouldn't recommend living here.
My service dog and I have been attacked by a pitbull at large. Now neighbor upstairs had entire apartment flooded which resulted in almost my entire apartment being flooded and the renters insurance they make us pay for only covers the office not tenant. They say they can't reimburse me for anything and are going slow with repairing. I've not been offered to be switched to a different unit so they can work on mine.
