I have lived here for almost 6 years and my patio screen door wouldn’t stay on the track. I placed a maintenance order to receive a new screen door. Very nice professional maintenance man. It didn’t take him long at to fix my shower handle. He replaced the hot & cold knobs as well as the shower knob. He told me it was stripped that’s why no water was coming out of the shower head. I placed the order the night before and they were here the next day. I can say the apartment complex gets right on any maintenance issue quickly. I appreciate that.
