Professional and Friendly The Waldo staff is professional and friendly. Whenever, I had a routine maintenance the guys fixed it in a timely manner. Yes, as the rent continues to rise. I would like to see the apartment units renovated on the inside such as newer appliances, bathroom fixtures and upgraded carpet. I believe these kind of updates will attract the right tenants who appreciate your periodical rent increases. Thanks Ms. Pepper for all you do.
No Problems I've been living here for a year now and it's been pretty sweet no problems so far. Just got a new stove and it looks sweet! And the best part is I got it done soon like a day later ready to throw it down in the kitchen but it's been cool living here I enjoy it here
