Love the Staff The staff are amazing!!!
Great Maintenance This apartment complex is phenomenal. I personally stay in a one bedroom and it provides plenty of space whether you live alone or with your significant other. The leasing staff are extremely friendly. The community is not gated, but from my perspective there's no reason for it to be. It's a safe place. The gym is basic and offers a great work out. Every place you move has pros and cons but the pros outweigh any con I've found here. The maintenance team QUICKLY fixes whatever issue you request.

Needs some work The ladies at the office are nice, however we were told before we moved in that if we had a maintenance issue, once we submitted a request, it would be properly taken care of the following morning, which it never is. We still have a few maintenance issues that have yet to be taken care of. My mom mentioned about getting a handicapped sign for the parking area close to our apartment and they said they would have to talk to their upper management. Train Wreck Renter remorse beyond compare, the smell of weed in our building is unbearable... The apartment lied about the floor layout we would receive, and our move out date for our prior residence within the week as our move in date so we had no choice but to take the short stick. If you look you will find mold, and the buildings are falling apart. This apartment believes is PAINTING over their problems. Also can't keep a maintenance staff to save these buildings.

Outdated All appliances and fixtures are outdated. The windows are so outdated that there is 0 insulation! They do NOT maintain the property well at all
