Great Apartment Complex We’ve been here two weeks and love it! Quiet neighborhoods and lots of space! And Regan in the office is very nice and helpful.
Great Staff Staff has been awesome. The maintenance is very responsive, I send a request and within a few hours they’re here, they are also very caring, wanting to make sure they get the job done! This is my experience so far and hope I don’t have to update this review later on.
Neighborhood of friends and family Moved in last year and I love it. Apartments are big with lots of space. Maintenance guys are always on point. Leasing and office staff are always helpful. Great place for dogs with lots of walking areas. 3 pools and a gym + it is close to everything or anywhere you wanna go. Personally I had never lived in an apartment prior but I am happy (and so is my dog) that we moved here. It isnt just a place to live it is a neighborhood of friends and family
Two Happy Campers I am a resident here of 10 years and let me tell you the management has not always been great but new management is always timely, makes sure any/all issues are fixed and they communicate with me and my wife well. I don't usually make reviews but I really felt the need to. They work their butts off here and don't get the appreciation they deserve. Thanks for all you do ladies! We're TWO happy campers!
Wise choice The Ridge is perfectly located in Overland Park with access to interstate so you can be anywhere in about 20 minutes. The staff is the best ever, and their immensely helpful and kind. The setting is pretty with lots of trees and wildlife. It's also quiet. The nice part is the price. Very affordable. There's a fitness center , 3 pools, basketball court and tennis court.Great neighbors
Great location Formerly Essex place, The Ridge offers not only good sizes apartments and a phenomenal staff but the location is perfect. Restaurants galore, and close to hiway.
