Happy Here So far I have no complaints the smart Lock really need some practice on, appliance are old but apartment it is spacious and quiet. Decent aera and I hope everything works well. Best apartment I ever had so far in my short 30 years living. 3 pools and tennis court, plus basket ball court and awarding winning landscaping I can not be grateful enough.
Courteous, Patient, and Gracious I moved to Kansas alone, leaving all my family in Florida. The Ridge apartments Overland Park Office Staff have since become just that for me, my Kansas Family!!!! Kaity was my first contact, while still living in Florida, I phoned asked for a first floor bc I am disabled using a walker, and she found the perfect location everything for my special needs!!! So Welcoming The management, staff, and maintenance are so welcoming! They are so efficient and always willing to help out.. apartments are very spacious and great location.. I love it here
I had a good year there thank you Didn’t stay for the whole year but the months I did stay I had a good experience
Maintenance This area, the people and the apartment altogether is good, but when you put in a maintenance request, it won't be answered, maybe after the fifth time. Little things after moving in are noticeably broken and seem useless when it comes to asking for help to fix it.
Very welcoming staff I love living here! Apartments are so spacious and location is great. Management, staff, and maintenance are all personable and make you feel at home. Office staff are extremely efficient as is maintenance if you have any problems
Very Welcoming Staff! I love living here. The staff and maintenance make you feel at home and a part of the community. Anytime I've had a maintenance issue they are very efficient and take good care of you. The location is great too.
