Great place to live I've lived here a couple of years now, but recently I can confidently say that the team has improved and the overall perception of the community has gotten better. I'm excited about the recent upgrades. The office team has been very quick to address any maintenance issues. The commute is close to my job so I don't foresee leaving anytime soon.

Great Units and Location For me, the property offers a excellent unit at an affordable price in Downtown. I commute to work and the access to both the tollway and 75 is extremely convenient. Also, being Downtown allows we to get to numerous surrounding areas quickly. Uptown, Bishop Arts, Trinity Groves, Deep Ellum and Lower Greenville are all within 10 minutes of the property. Fingers are crossed… I’ve been a resident at Griffin Apartments for some time now, and while the location and layout have their perks, I’ve had ongoing concerns regarding safety measures and practices on the property. I previously attempted to address these issues with the former management team, but unfortunately, nothing was done to resolve them. Amazing Home / Amazing Staff The staff is amazing. Roslyn is very professional, Eric is great and really personable. Stephanie is everything! The maintenance staff is ON POINT. Very few problems but when there is a problem they fix it fast. They go above and beyond for the residents. Security is pretty cool too. I feel secure here. The views are fabulous especially at night! I love my home and I love being home.

Jefferson at Ross Great pricing for the location, walking distance to downtown and uptown. Apartments are spacious, and big compared to must apartment places. Parking is difficult if you have guest over. Parking lot is designed for little cars. Office does not have the best hours, unless you are home during the day it's hard to receive packages and parking passes. A Serious Maintenance Issue Left Unresolved for a Year — What Future Tenants Should Know I reported a major water issue over a year ago with no action until now. Maintenance exposed severe damage, including concerning mold-like growth, and a third-party inspector said, “This is bad.” Management offered another unit but no financial help, leaving all displacement and moving costs on me. Prospective tenants should ask about emergency support.

Do Not Move Here! Very Unsafe! They broke into my Porsche! This is what happens when you move here! I pay $65/month to park no other parking options. Over 10 cars broken into and the complex is doing nothing! They told us we would have security, where is the security?! Nowhere to be found. We have cameras and were told they don’t work. So basically it’s not safe here at all. There’s always an email about something security wise happening. I will be breaking my lease and leaving ASAP!
Please don’t move here If I could give zero stars I absolutely would provide zero stars and warn everyone to never move in this place. Trish the leasing agent and Megan were the only thing holding the walls up to this place. I have stayed here 10mths and my car has been broken into 3x. We pay $75 per car and I have two to park in the garage that has cameras at the gate and also two security guards on duty and I still got broken in to 3x.
