.. Summer Gate needs to work on their communication.. they have a tendency to turn off the water at random hours, without notice. Also, they will change your mailbox lock without notice. They have poor communication with their residents.
WARNING!!! PLEASE BE AWARE! This is by fair the worst place to reside. Communication to this complex means nothing. The complex has a website that works to their convenience, anything to do with a payment they will jump all over you and leave reminders on your door to remind you every month that if payment is late after the 10th its an eviction. But when it comes to a maintenance issue communication horrible. I put a request in and after 3 days of waiting for light replacements and cabinet issues. I had to go into the office... read more
HORRIBLE APARTMENTS If I could give 0 stars I would... my husband and I moved in feb of 2016... since weve moved in we've had several leaks in our wall... we can no longer use our washer and dryer hook ups because they refuse to fix the leak in our wall... they're stealing our mail... post office says it was delivered management of the apartments say they never got the packages and today I came home to yet again my apartment being entered without my or my husbands permission... no notice that anyone was coming or that they w... read more
BEWARE! Lived here for 4 years. Moved out and received notification I would receive $200 deposit by check within 30 days on 5/13/16. Never received the check. The 1 BR apartments are old, very small and only have cosmetic fixes. Very over-priced. It was a reasonable apartment complex when I moved in 4 years ago but has gone down hill and prices have gone up hill. Belt Line Rd is a nightmare from 3pm until 7pm. Beware Lived here for 4 years. It was a nice complex when I moved in. If you like hearing hip hop music after midnight, this is a place for you! Entering or exiting the complex 3:30pm-6pm is nightmare due to the congestion on Belt Line Rd High rent for very small apartments that are extremely old. Tip: the countertops will ruin the bottom of your laptop. You pay for the many water leaks the complex has on a regular basis.
