Summer Gate is a Lovely Property I'm going on my 3rd lease here at Summer Gate I've been very pleased with my home and the nice friendly staff. The maintenance staff are very quick on their feet. They make sure things get done right away. I would highly recommend Summer Gate to anyone looking for a nice quiet and safe place to stay in the Irving area.

Great Property I previously moved from Summer Gate 6 months ago to return home to my country. Me and my family are now back and we came straight back to Summer Gate I leased this past weekend. I absolutely love the property and how well kept it is, the office staff is amazing along with the maintenance staff. I just want to thank Ms. Kita and Christy for welcoming me and my family back with open arms.

Long time tenant I enjoy living here because it is a well-maintained community and because of the great location which is close to just about everywhere I want get to in Irving and the surrounding Dallas metroplex. Kita in the office is always helpful as well as the maintenance staff when any issues arise that need to be taken care of quickly.
Great Community I am extremely pleased with my apartment home and the staff at Summer Gate they are very helpful and Maintenance tech Gary is always helpful. I have been living here for 3 years now and I don't plan on moving anytime soon. Nice community I would recommend anyone to stay here

Quite well kept community I have been living here since September of 2018 I am coming up on a year I will be renewing my lease. I have been more than satisfied with the community and the office staff. The community is always nice and clean the pool area is beautiful and well kept. I highly recommended anyone looking to move to the Irving area to stop by and take a tour.
Anonymous I’ve been staying here at Summer Gate for almost 3 years i love it here at Summer Gate the Maintenance staff are great they come as soon as you need something fixed and the office staff are so nice they call to make sure your work order is completed which I think is wonderful I do see myself staying here for a long time as long as things stay the same they can count on me to renew every year. ??

Nice pool area. need more upgrades nice pool. needs to be cleaned on weekends too. needs more upgrades and landscaping has fell way by the wayside. front landscaping is fine, but past the front forget about it.
