Summer Gate Review Property is quiet and well kept, staff is amazing I've been a resident since Covid first started and I was so pleased how the staff donated food, gave away mask and cleaning supplies. I've been renting for a long time and I've never received anything from the apartments staff. Kita is awesome.

my opinion ive been here since november 2020 its been cool. the people in the front office are nice. ms.christy is very helpful. i love the size of my place. its a nice place to move its by all the things you would need. its very quiet as well.

Anonymous During this difficult time Summer Gate, the property manager delivered food to my house for me and family. I am very appreciative and grateful I love living here and don't plan on moving anytime soon.

No complaints I absolutely love the property. My lease is up and I’m renewing.. there’s no place like home. The apartments are well keep up to date .... only thing I hate is the change in trash fee and carport fee but hey overall this is the best
