Verified Renter Management provides some special events (pre-covid and hopefully post-covid), supplemented by regular games run by residents. This provides a variety of activities for residents. Maintenance is excellent, as is the response to resident problems.

Alta at Regency Crest Absolutely great staff! Tai, Damon, Don & Alexis have gone circles from day one (Jan 29, 2021) to clear up the hic-cups and to ensure our experience has been STELLAR! Our grand daughter's visited during the time of the vaccine clinic (that Alta set up as and event for the residents :-)), they set-up a movie in the theater for the girls while we received our vaccines! As i said, over the call of duty for the crew!
