C. Middleton I was vey impressed with my tour on 3/28/18. The apartments that were shown to me had walk in closets that would certainly be sufficient for some one with lots of clothes and shoes like me. The kitchen was moden, the carpets, lights, rooms and floor plans gave me a sense of comfort and contentment. The staff was professional, courteous and friendly. Home at Last! We love it here at Alta! Indoor Salt Water Pool, courtyard with Koi Pond, gazebo with rocking chairs, water fountains and outdoor firepit...its an oasis. We are 62 and have made friends for life in this Apartment Complex. Great Activities each month. We practice Tai Chi, Zumba Gold, and Saturday Night at the Movies is great!. Can't say enough good things about Management and the Maintenance Staff. All top notch! Thank goodness there are alternatives to just ordinary apt complexes.
Alta at Regency Crest, Ellicott City, Md We have lived here since October 2012...It met all our criteria for what Senior Active Living should be. Four apartment buildings continuously connected. Thus, in Winter you never have to leave one bldg. to go to the Great Room for Pot Luck Suppers, Indoor Salt Water Pool, Health and Wellness Center, and the Gym. Verified Renter The maintenance of the building is poor and the landscaping is way below average. When I first came seven years ago the gardens were well tended and beautiful. The hall carpets are very stained and the stair hallways really need painting. The entrance door at 3311 is rusty. The painting was never finished, the only doorways painted were the guest suite and they look great.
